On this big freehand I removed the plateau while retaining the shape of the block, a tedious process, but I like the results. The pipe almost made it to a grade 1, but there wasn't quite enough straight grain. The 7/8" diameter tobacco chamber is 1 7/8" deep. The bowl is 2 5/8" tall. Length is 7".
