This freehand is made from black cherry burl. The design was dictated by the figure in the block: I didn't want to lose it on either side of the bowl. The tobacco chamber is 3/4" in diameter and 1 5/8" deep. Bowl is 2 5/8" tall, with 7/16" thick walls on the sides and rear. Length is 7 1/8". Ferrule is padauk.
